Paris Saint-Germain have offered Atletico Madrid the chance to sign Liverpool and Chelsea target Ezequiel Lavezzi.
The French champions need to make room in their squad as they prepare to sign Angel di Maria and they are willing to get rid of the Real Madrid winger’s Argentine international team-mate Lavezzi.
And according to AS, Atletico CEO Miguel Angel Gil travelled to France on Monday and met with senior PSG figures to discuss a possible deal for the 29-year-old.
Liverpool are also reportedly in pursuit of the former Napoli forward after pulling the plug on their pursuit of QPR hitman Loic Remy.
Lavezzi, who can play out wide and through the middle, scored 12 goals in all competitions last season.
